巴西鸡胸肉

 

 

鸡丝菌汤面

这碗面,汤鲜味美,面条滑溜。

具体制作方法

第一步:准备食材。鸡胸肉1块,香菇3个、油菜2棵、姜1小块、葱1段、挂面适量。

第二步:鸡胸肉清洗干净后放入凉水锅中,再倒入1勺料酒、2截大葱、2片姜、几粒花椒、少盐许,大火烧开后转小火煮20分钟左右,直至鸡胸肉可以轻松刺穿。

第三步:鸡胸肉煮好后捞出晾凉,然后放到保鲜袋中,用擀面杖打散。

第四步:把打散的鸡胸肉撕成细丝。
